Your Mission
As a Sales Associate, you'll be on the front lines of our growth, connecting with manufacturing leaders in the tri-state area. Your primary goal is to schedule free, no-obligation AI readiness assessments. You're not just selling a service; you're opening the door for businesses to discover transformative efficiencies and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to manufacturing companies in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Digital4.AI's free assessment.
- Engage prospects, understand their challenges, and handle objections effectively.
- Utilize our CRM to manage leads, track progress, and schedule appointments.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for scheduled assessments.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We value drive and potential.
Compensation
